Great Value on Heritage Pork

Tasty jerky and sausage
Got some of the Original Pork Jerky and the Hickory & Applewood Bacon Sausage. Both were really good! The jerky was chewy but not too tough, and the sausage had a nice smoky flavor. My package showed up in about 4 days, which was pretty decent. Nothing was squished or anything. Would buy again.
Amazing Chicago Sauce!
I finally tried the Chicago Sauce and it's incredible! I put it on everything โ burgers, eggs, even just dipped some of the Pork Snack Sticks in it. It's got such a unique, delicious flavor. My order came quickly and was packed perfectly. I'm already planning my next purchase, definitely getting more Chicago Sauce and probably a Meat Gift Box for my brother. So glad I found Big Fork Brands!
Good quality, delivery needs work
I ordered a Sampler Pack to try out a few things, specifically the Craft Pork Jerky and some Bacon Sausage. The products themselves were great, really flavorful and you can tell it's good quality meat. I especially liked the Teriyaki Pork Jerky. The packaging for shipping was solid, everything arrived cold and secure. However, it took almost a week for my order to get to me in California, which felt a bit long for a perishable item, even with the good insulation. A faster shipping option at a reasonable price would be a nice improvement for future orders. Overall, I'm happy with the food, just wishing for quicker delivery.
Reliably good products
This was my third time ordering from Big Fork Brands. I came back for more Maple & Brown Sugar Bacon Sausage because it's a breakfast staple for us now.
